F1 Italian Drivers VS F1 Team Simulation [ FRANCE ]

OK Iceman....I'm looking forward to have confrim by our Drivers...

we must do 5 vs 5 due to Force India's Bug

Two questions :

how do you manage eventually contact between drivers ?

We have some rules...in case of contact in the meanwhile a Driver is tring to overtake and hit the Driver ahead putting him out of track , He Must wait the other Driver and he leaves the position as before the contact

In case a Driver is defending its position and cause an out of track to another Driver he must wait him but he doesn't leave the position and restart as before the contact

in simply words , after a contacy it is necessary recreate the situation before the contact

if someone doesn't do that...it will be a penalty of 10 or 20" seconds... How do you manage this king of situation ?

Secondly . About hte start we have found a solution to avoid contacts at the first bend and waste a 100% race at the first bend...

we doing a rolling start...we put 1 and 2nd gear and the poleman run at 2nd gear until the first bend , in this way the group is compacted and after the first bend...flat out and the race begin....what do you think about this ?
